Who we are
South African Women’s Academy of Skills (SAWAS) is an accredited training institution based in Vereeniging, South Africa.
SAWAS was founded in 2016 to address the urgent need for accessible, high-quality skills development for women in underserved communities.
While our core approach is women-centric, SAWAS recognises the evolving needs of the communities we serve. In response, our training programmes are open to all persons who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities.
